God spoke a word; the world was formed
He breathed a new creation
When he had finished all his work
He gazed in jubilation

God sent his Word into the world
The firstborn of creation
With his last breath his work was done
The joy of his salvation

In all the darkest times of life
When your world seems to crumble
There’s one whose hand is firm to hold
And keeps you when you stumble

The sovereign God is still at work
His plans will never alter
He always has your best at heart
His love will never falter

The bride adorned in holy attire
Rises from the womb of the dawn ready for battle.
As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland
His head adorned like a priest
As a bride adorns herself with her jewels
In the beauties of holiness.

Awake, awake
Clothe yourself in strength, O Daughter of Zion
Clothe yourself in beautiful garments
With garments of salvation
A robe of righteousness
A necklace of mercy and truth
A heart adorned with a gentle and quiet spirit
Purified in obedience to the truth
A heart of tender mercy full of peace
Be clothed in compassion, kindness, humility,
Forgiveness, gentleness and patience
Thankful hearts bound by love dwelling in perfect unity.

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name
Bring an offering, a sacrifice of praise
Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!
Tremble before Him with reverent fear.

Thankful hearts bound by Christ’s love dwell in perfect unity
A precious oil
A sweet, sweet scent flowing down from the head
Flowing down off the hem of His robe
Anointed heads
Anointed with the oil of joy
By the hand of the Lord GOD Almighty
Righteousness and praise will spring up before all the nations
The bride adorned in a garment of praise
An everlasting crown of joy upon her head.

Sing, O Daughter of Zion
Be glad and rejoice with all your heart
The Bridegroom comes to dance over you with singing
Behold, the Bridegroom comes to dwell in your midst
Sing, O Daughter of Zion
Praise the beauty of His holiness
Give thanks to the LORD, for His love endures forever!

The Lion of Judah aroused
Hear His mighty call
Living waters rushing, flowing
Peals of thunder
A sound from heaven
Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns
Deep calling out to deep
The sound of waterfalls.

Shout! Clap you hands
Sound the trumpet
Praise the Lord
Awake the dawn
Sing His praise before the nations
With the voice of triumph
For it is written
Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess
Giving praise to the Lord God Almighty!

Lift up your heads, O you gates
Be lifted up, you ancient doors
Behold, the King of glory quickly comes
His glory fills the temple
Hold fast
The Lion of Judah in victory reigns.

All in His temple cry aloud “GLORY!”
Join the mighty thunderous roar
Awake the dawn!

So undeserved
Yet elect by your love
So undeserved
Yet chosen

So undeserved
Yet called by your grace
So undeserved
Yet chosen

So undeserved
Yet washed by your blood
So undeserved
Yet chosen

So underserved
Yet promised a home
So undeserved
Yet chosen
